The case demonstrates how MasterCard modified its logo for use in digital media – in addition to physical media. The logo was originally developed in 1968 and updated several times over the years, though never loosing the iconic red and yellow intersecting circles. Review the case from your own perspective after reading the Brand Elements chapter of our textbook. Comment on the importance of brand elements working in both the physical and digital space. Include three topics from the chapter and address their relevance to the case.
